Tourist Guide Cincinnati:

Cincinnati is situated in south-western Ohio, USA and is located on the Ohio River. The ‘City of Seven Hills’ is spread over an area of 206.1 sq km and has population of around 335,000.

Summers are warm and humid with an average high of 28°C. Snowfall is expected in winter, with temperatures ranging from –6°C to 4°C. Most of the rainfall is received in spring and summer.

Started as a post-Revolutionary War trading post, the city has grown into a dynamic commercial hub housing several leading national corporations. It is also a port with good transportation facilities.

The city is known for its attractive hillside setting overlooking the Ohio River. Its location at the transition point of two climate types has given it a landscape consisting of exotic flora. The popular landmarks of the city include the Taft Museum, Eden Park with the Cincinnati Art Museum and the Rosenthal Center for Contemporary Art.
