House of Blues opened in 2004 and is retrofitted into old Woolworth ’s department store building. It spans 61,000 square feet and the entrance opens to the new beautified and historic Eudid Avenue. This place also pays homage with many pieces of local art which are made by artist, Peter Wood and such iron works too. These are kept in honor of the strong manufacturing history of Cleveland.
