Polaris Fashion Place opened in 2001. It is a two level shopping mall situated on the north edge of Columbus. This mall is owned by Glimcher Realty Trust locally and has sic anchor stores like Saks Fifth Avenue and such stores. There is a 300 room Hilton Hotel, southeast of the former Kaufmann ’s space. Further, there is also many outparcels which recently got developed.
