Chicken Patio is famous for its homemade wine based sauce. The food is cooked on a 21ft charcoal grill. BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, potato salad and a dinner roll are some of the few specialties of this restaurant.
Perry’s Cave is one of the favourite tourist attractions. It is a natural limestone cave. There is also an antique car museum, gemstone mining and miniature golf course with a War of 1812 theme.
Chocolate café and Chocolate Museum is the famous museum in Put in Bay. Visitors are welcome here from 7am to 10.30pm May through September.
Kayak the Bay helps visitors explore the downtown Put in Bay harbour for some easy kayaking while, Put in Bay Parasail gives visitors a bird’s eye view of the same harbour.
The Stonehenge Historic Home is regarded as the best kept secret of Put in Bay. It has a beautifully restored stone farmhouse and wine press cottage. Middle Bass and Kelleys Island are some of the places that are close by.
Firelands Symphony Orchestra Freedom Concert is the annual event celebrated in July with free admission.
