Newberry National Volcanic Monument is located in United States around the Newberry Volcano and was created in 1990 to protect the volcanic region. The summit Paulina Peak situated at an altitude of 7985 ft. is the highest point in the monument and is home lava flow, a lake and some most amazing geological feature. The Monument is also known for Oregon’s longest lava tube towards the south of Bend.
