The Benton County Historical Society and Museum is situated six miles away from Corvallis. It hosts diverse history and art exhibitions in a couple of exhibit halls at Philomath museum campus. The Moreland Auditorium is used as an excellent art gallery as well as an interesting community gathering venue. At present, the first floor gallery holds the Horner Homecoming exhibition.
