Tourist Guide Molalla
Molalla is a city that is situated in the Clackamas County of Oregon in the United States of America. The city has achieved its name from the famous Molalla River. The city is located near the foothills of the Cascade Range that is surrounded by the Mount Hood National Forest, 17 miles to the south of Oregon City and around 13 miles away from Interstate, a city in Oregon. The town has a beautiful landscape because of the farms, and great residential development in the town. According to the 2000 census the population in the city was found to be around 5,647. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town is supposed to have a total area of about 1.9 square miles, out of which 1.8 square miles is covered by land and only 0.1 square miles is under water. The major economy of the occupants here is based mostly on agriculture, logging and timber due to the presence of forests nearby. The transportation and infrastructure facilities are exceptional here although the population is less. The city experiences a cold climate with an average temperature of around 12 degrees throughout the year due to its location way above the equator.
