Educational, entertaining, unusual and a bit disturbing is how most people would see the Mutter Museum. They display just about anything anatomically fascinating you can think of from part of a U.S. Presidents thorax to a tumor removed from another U.S. President to a liver from Siamese twins and the replica of a horn growing out of a woman’s head. It’s not so much for the faint of heart. There is even a giant 9-foot human colon filled with 40 pounds of human waste.
Admission is $14 for adults, $10 for children ages 6 to 17 and free for college students and children under the age of 6. They are open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
