The Please Touch Museum has been the children’s museum since 1976. The museum was the first ever museum in the nation whose target audience were families with children of 7 years of age and younger than that. It is one of the best children’s museums in the nation. There are several programs for families that are under served. The mission is simple, to enrich the children’s lives by creating certain learning opportunities through play and to lay foundation for a lifetime of cultural awareness and learning process.
