Philadelphia is a beautiful place to visit at any time. It is a city which has a constant flow of visitors throughout the year. The best time to visit Philadelphia is in winter. The museums of the city run from October to June. The independence hall festival celebrated on 4th July of every year brings a great crowd to the city. In the summer the city will be over crowded by visitors. This place is a heaven in the summer as one can enjoy the weather with 20° F.
