Senator John Heinz regional history museum center is Pennsylvania’s largest historic museum and is affiliate of the Smithsonian institution.

It is a six-floor, 275,000 square foot museum and research facility which brings out compelling stories from American history related to western Pennsylvania. The history center is located in the city’s historic Strip District.
