Scranton can be described as a city located in Pennsylvania’s north-eastern part, in US. It’s, in fact, county seat with respect to Lackawanna.
Scranton has been regarded as a cultural and geographic center with respect to Lackawanna River Valley. As per census conducted in the year 2000, population of Scranton was 76415.
