When to visit
Pennsylvania is a beautiful place worth visiting for its numerous historical attractions. Whether it’s the unique outdoor activities or the theme parks and the lakes, Pennsylvania offers all an amazing experience. This state is one of the most fabulous options for educational family trips and includes a lot of itineraries like trip to the Independence Hall, the Franklin Institute and the Liberty Bell. Pennsylvania is a four season destination worth visiting in summer, the peak season for families to visit on vacation. Fall brings leaf peepers, where one can observe the changing foliage and this is the most pleasant sight to see. Winters can be harsh, but ideal time for skiers to enjoy the challenging sport of skiing. The high season in this state is from June to early November with the shoulder season being from mid November to early December and from mid March to May. The lowest season here is from December to early March. What’s more, late summer to mid-fall is also the perfect time to visit most of the wineries in this state and experience the taste of the wine making process. Overall, late spring (May and June) or late summer and early fall (September and October) are the perfect time to visit Pennsylvania.
