Coventry is a city located in West Midlands, England. This metropolitan borough has the ninth position as the largest city of England and it has the 11th position in the United Kingdom. Coventry is located about 95 miles towards the northwest side of London and 19 miles towards the eastern side of Birmingham. Coventry was famous as the first ‘twin’ city of the world at the time of its relation with Stalingrad, the Russian city at the time of Second World War. The city was also in twin relationship with Dresden and at present it is related with 27 other cities of the world. Coventry Cathedral is famous as the one of the latest cathedrals. The motor companies in Coventry have made significant contributions in to the British motor industry. The place is also famous because of its two well-known universities, University of Warwick and Coventry University. The famous football team in Coventry is Coventry City F.C.
