West Warwick is located in Kent County in Rhode Island, USA. This town has a population of around 30,000 residents and an area of approximately 21 sq km. It was initially a part of Warwick (a much bigger city) and was incorporated formally as a separate town in 1913.
This city was once known for its flourishing textile mills; however, at present, due to political reasons, these mills are in a dilapidated condition. The per capita income of this city is much over $20,000. The Original Bradford Soap Works (the company that manufactures Dove and Ponds) is also located in West Warwick.
The landscape of West Warwick comprises of mainly valleys that were formed due to the action of River Pawtuxtet. West Warwick enjoys a pleasant climate throughout the year. The city has a maximum average annual temperature of approximately 15°C, and a minimum average annual temperature of around 4°C.
