The Stadium Theater was built in Woonsocket in 1926. Here, there are seats for 1167 persons and it boasts of the third largest movie screen in the state. A variety of performing arts performances are practiced here. The performing arts center has been completely restored. From 1996 to 2001, the original painting and decor was restored. There is complete wheel chair access for handicapped people.
