The plantation reflects all the charm, refinement; gentility of the pre Civil War and has an area of about 356 acres. It invites everyone to enjoy the overwhelming view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. One can walk through the beautiful boxwood garden which contains royal live cedars. Green River Plantation, which is listed on the “National Register of Historic Places, offers various tours.
