Belle Fourche has an amazing Operah house that plays great music. This place is called the Matthews Operah house. There are two main monuments here. They are High Plains Museum and Tri- State Memorial Museum.
The Tri- State Memorial Museum was established in the year 1955 and has a great collection of exhibits that feature the Millicent Henderson Doll collection, Historic photos and a lot many other things. Mount Rushmore America’s National Monument is just an hour and a half’s drive towards south from Belle Fourche.
Devil’s Tower National Museum is another place that is very popular and is less than an hour’s drive towards the West. Rapid City, South Dakota, Denver and Colorado are the neighboring cities of Belle Fourche.
An event that has been taking place for over 8 decades is the The Annual Black Hills Roundup Rodeo; it has been taking place since the past 89 years. It is known to be the oldest rodeos in America. It has a lot of cowboys and cowgirls perform in many events.
Some of the events being, Barrel Racing, Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Bull riding and team roping.
