The Beresford Library is worth a visit. The library was previously nurtured and conceived by ‘Beresford Study Club’. At the beginning, the collection of books was those contributed by the club members. The reference and fiction works consisted of around forty volumes during that time. Through various fundraising methods, the collection and publicity increased gradually. The library was shifted to a new building in the 3rd Street and was opened to the public in 1992. Presently the library holds almost 30000 collections.
