South Dakota’s first school and community library was founded in Elkton in 1984. Throughout the year, the Elkton community can use the library. It is open to the Elkton public during the school hours and classes will be conducted in the library. The facilities are so useful that even if you do not have the library card, still you can get in and carry out references. Provisions are available for taking books home also.
