Mobridge is a city that is situated in the Walworth County of South Dakota in the United States of America. The city has an elevation of 1500 feet above the sea level because of its geographical location which clearly suggests that the city is located way above the equator. According to the 2000 census the population in the city was found to be around 3,574 which has decreased to 3223 according to the 2007 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town is supposed to have a total area of about 1.8 square miles, all of which is covered by land. Out of the total population only 81%25 are religious in which 46%25 are protestant and 25%25 Catholic. The remaining residents follow other religions like Islam, Jewish, etc. The city gets only 17 inches of rain and 33 inches of snowfall every year. July is the hottest month with a temperature of around 29 degrees whereas January is the coldest month.
