High Plains Heritage Center Museum is an open air historical museum that displays the Old West art, memorabilia and artifacts. The various exhibits include a village reconstruction and an old blacksmith shop of the 1800’s along with a saddle shop, sleigh, buggies, sheep wagon, saddle shop and more.
Black Hills Passion Play is a theatrical hall which portrays twenty two scenes from the last 7 days of Jesus Christ before he was crucified.
DC Booth Historic National Fish Hatchery was started in the year 1896 and is one of the oldest fishing museums in the country. There are numerous historic displays in the original building which has been renovated a number of times. One can view the Brown trout and Rainbow fishes at the underwater viewing window of the museum.
El Berry Library Learning Center has a collection of the archives of the Black Hills State University and a number of art collections as well.
