Cold Brook Canyon Trail
This trail is about 1.4 miles long and starts on the western side of Highway 385 which is two miles to the South of visitor’s center. The trail is moderately strenuous transverse across a previously prairie dog town on the length of prescribed fire and till the Cold Brook Canyon to the fencing of the national park.
Elk Mountain Campground
This campground is situated amongst hills, ponderosa pine forest and prairie provides its campers great opportunity to move closer to nature by seeing the plants and animals of Southern Black Hills. Both campers of tent or motor have to natural sites of the natural habitats.
Fairgrounds Cave Tour
The entire tour lasts for about one and half hours and includes few of the bigger rooms present in the developed caves. Tourists can see the illustrations of a lot of cave formations which include Wind Cave Boxwork.
