Tourist Guide Brentwood
Situated in Williamson County in the state of Tennessee, USA and characterized by its distinct hillsides, Brentwood covers an area of 89.8 sq km and has a population of around 35,000.
The city enjoys a humid subtropical climate and does not experience extreme weather conditions. The average summer temperature is around 26°C, while in winter it is around 4°C.
The Revolutionary soldiers were the first settlers in this area in the late 1700s. Although, the town’s economy suffered in the Civil War, it recovered after the 1920s and was soon one of the richest in the state. Its pre-Civil War history can be found in its antebellum mansions.
The city boasts of many golf courses. The Radnor Lake State Park is famous for its numerous trails, water bodies and lush greenery, and facilitates many activities such as bird watching, hiking and canoeing.
