Cookeville has a nice cinema house called Highland10 and there is also a very nice nightclub that has a 25,000 sq feet lounge and its bar is open 7 days a week, this place is called Cotton Eyed Joe.
Cookeville Depot Museum has a lot many artifacts and two cabooses with their original interiors. It is a specialty museum, which is well kept and attractive to visit. Lebanon, Nashville and Knoxville, are neighboring places and have good destinations that are worth a visit.
Lebanon is 44 miles towards the west, Nashville is 74 miles towards the west and Knoxville is 88 Miles towards the east. A look-a-like contest, amateur singing, antique car show, beauty pageants and little kids tractor pulls are some of the events of the Annual Street Fest.
