Crockett Tavern Museum has a ‘log cabin structure’; which happens to be replica of tavern used by Parents of David Crockett, a politician. Originally, house of ‘Crockett’s’ was utilized in the form of smallpox hospital at the time of war between States. However, it was set ablaze thereafter. APTA, i.e. Association for the Preservation of Tennessee Antiquites operates this museum at present.
