The Pearsons Spring Park has two baseball diamonds, three soccer practice fields, a pavilion, parking space and one mile of the Maryville Alcoa Greenway. It extends from the meeting point of the Montgomery Lane and the Maryville Alcoa Greenway to the Best Road on the northeast. All these locations are situated within the city of Maryville, Tennessee.
