The Tennessee Flea Market in Memphis, Tennessee is the state’s largest flea market, boasting an impressive 1,000 booths over 175,000 square feet. Located at 7060 Winchester Road, the flea market operates every Friday through Sunday, all year long. In keeping with typical flea market tradition, visitors looking for unique finds can visit the market for furniture, housewares, toys, books, collectables, antiques and jewelry. With its many venders, this market is really known as a treasure trove amongst flea market enthusiasts.
Located inside a converted Kmart building, the venue makes the often vigorous shopping excursions sorting through the many booths comfortable in the air conditioned, insect-free environment. If you don’t mind the outdoor markets, there are booths outside as well. The Tennessee Flea Market also holds the title of having the largest mural in the United States. At an incredible 1,500 feet in length, the mural is a one-of-a-kind depiction of the state of Tennessee. The free parking and vast selection of treasures make the Tennessee Flea Market well worth the visit. For more information, call 901-286-0699.
