The enormous Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, Tennessee offers almost every outdoor activity imaginable, making for the perfect family outing. Located at 500 North Pine Lake Drive, this park covers 4,500 acres of vibrant, diverse geography—wooded forests, rolling hills, opens meadows, hiking trails and lakes and ponds.

The variety lends itself perfectly to a range of recreational activities, such as hiking, horseback riding, biking, walking and running, fishing, boating and bird watching. For children, there is a specially designed Woodland Discovery Playground, which features six themed play areas.
