Memphis: Streets, Squares and Neighbourhoods

Harbor Town can be described as a new, urbanized, and upscale-style neighborhood located in Memphis, Tennessee. This place lies on the north-western side of ‘Downtown Tennessee’; along the banks of Mississippi River. Harbor Town added one of the ‘upscales’ to its kitty off late. It’s ‘River Inn’, i.e. a boutique of European style. Casual restaurant called ‘Tugs’ has also come up.
