General opinion: Nice place to live considering there are places where one can go to the beach and also fish. My daughter has been living there for about 20 years and she likes it there.
Not to be missed:

Not to miss: I love going there i go every year. So fun very affordable. It's a must see. There is a beautiful candy shop with the best candy ever wintons candys. The destination souvinear shop is pretty cool too it has a huge shark and you walk through it's mouth to go into the store :). and there are the cutest boats all around the island just sitting places they are all the same shape but with different paint jobs. the entire island is so clean and it's the best and safest place for a family vacation especialy if you want to bring your dog. i am pretty sure that the laughing horse lodge allows pets.

General opinion: Small town and I missed concerts, shows, etc. There were some but for the really big acts I had to go to San Antonio. Nice little town with some bad areas, but all in all I am glad to be back in the big city.

General opinion:  Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the coastal city of Corpus Christi is situated in Texas, USA. The city, sheltered by beautiful barrier islands, covers an area of 1,192 sq km and has a population of around 275,000.
The city has a subtropical climate. In summer, the average temperature is 32°C, while in winter the average temperature is 10°C. Due to its location in the semiarid region, Corpus Christi receives little rain.
Corpus Christi began as a frontier trading post founded in 1838. It is the largest city on the Texas Coast, with petrochemical and tourism as the ... More major industries.
The city is blessed with a beautiful coastline, perfect for sunbathing and bird-watching. The marina and downtown area are lined with cultural and historical sites. The Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History chronicles Spanish-American history. The USS Lexington aircraft carrier, a floating museum, is also a big crowd puller.
