Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is situated at East Airfield Drive in Dallas in Texas and is managed and operated by the Airport board in Dallas.

There are plans to renovate the airport with a computerized airport lighting system to assist pilots to their respective runways. The airport is the 7th busiest airport in the world with passenger traffic of more than 59 million in 2007.

At present the airport has 5 terminals but it has the capacity in the future to accommodate almost 13 terminals in its complex. The various airlines which operate from here include American Airlines, United Airlines, Air Canada, Lufthansa, KLM, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines and more.

There are several shuttle bus services provided for passengers to commuter railway stations, to the south of the airport, as the Trinity Railway Express line serves both the downtown Fort Worth area as well as downtown Dallas.
