Downtown El Paso makes provisions for opportunities to work, live, play, and shop while having fostered an energetic and a productive economy for each and every citizen of El Paso. This region is on the verge of renewing itself through revitalization program that has been guided through Downtown 2015 plan. One can look upon this plan as a vision via which private and public sector would work together.
