Kerrville Church of Christ history began in 1920 when George Pepper family moved to the hill country. A Gospel meeting took place and it was decided to build a church. In 1925, a land was purchased on the corner of the Jefferson and A Streets and a small building was erected. The auditorium was enlarges with additional classrooms by 1939. After this, it got shifted due to growth.
