East Texas Boat, RV and Camping Expo attract people from around the region. This event is held the last weekend in the month of January per year. This thrilling event got started in 1982 by Gene Brady and Dale Clark, the owners of Longview Marine and the volunteers for the Longview Chamber of Commerce. Previously, the event had primarily boats and yachts from dealers within the community. At present, the Expo is the largest boat and travel Expo with more than 150 boats and is a three day event.
