Mesquite city's peak attraction is the Mesquite Championship Rodeo. This championship started in 1958. The Mesquite Arts Centre holds a spectacular collection of work by 16 artistic groups.
The arts centres comprises the Mesquite symphony Orchestra, a community theatre and a community band. Rodeo City Music Hall offers entertaining programs, which are family oriented.
Devil's Bowl Speedway holds some of the best, action packed, and thrilling vehicle competitions.
The Florence Ranch Homestead is a historical site that dates back to the 1800s. Apart from these attractions, some of the tourist spots that are located nearby include Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, which are in easy reach of the city.
