This is a historic museum owned by the Parks and Recreation Department. This is a tribute to Spanish Life in early Texas, and was built to protect the mission. The Governor’s Palace is the only remaining example of an aristocratic early Spanish home.This palace is nominated as the best historic site because of the beautiful garden. It operates all the recreational and cultural activities happening in the city.
