The San Antonio River Walk, or The Paseo del Rio, is a public park located one story beneath downtown San Antonio, Texas.
The walkways along the banks of the river are lined by bars, shops and restaurants. The River Walk is one of the top two tourist attractions in the state of Texas.
The River Walk links restaurants and shops to major tourist attractions like The Alamo, Rivercenter Mall, the Arneson Theatre, HemisFair Park, the San Antonio Museum of Art and the Pearl Brewery.
Visitors can enjoy a 35-minute narrated history of the beautiful San Antonio River Walk aboard a Rio San Antonio Cruise boat.
