A major regional shopping mall, the First Colony mall recently expanded to include an outdoor lifestyle component, parking garages and over 130 stores which include the Dillard stores, JC Penny and Barnes and Nobles. In addition to that there is a 40,000 square restaurant plaza and beautifully landscaped gardens with native grasses and cypress trees and a water feature. There are stores in the outdoor courtyard as well.
