Bryce Canyon National Park is situated to the south east of Panguitch and has delicately carved spires which rise in brilliant colors from the arena in the park.

The popular viewpoints in the park include the Inspirational Points, Sunrise, Sunset, Yovimpa and Rainbow points. The other facilities offered by the park include hiking and walking trails, horseback riding, cross country skiing and more.

Daughters of the Utah Pioneers Museum is an historical museum which informs tourists about the early pioneers of the Bryce Canyon and its surrounding areas.

The Paunsaugunt Western Wildlife Museum is an archaeological museum which exhibits a collection of Indian artifacts and fossils. The museum also has several mounted animals on display and an aviary or a bird museum.

The Panguitch Lake is a popular place for fishing in the city and is filled with a variety of fresh water trout.
