Fishlake National Forest is situated in south central side of Utah. It is considered as the largest lake in the largest mountain lake in the state. Moreover, it got established in 1909, and covers an area of almost 1.4 million acres. The forest is divided into four districts. Also, it lies in parts of nine counties. The headquarters of the forest is situated in Richfield, which is the closest city of its size. At the park, there are many activities which are carried out. These include hiking, whitewater paddling, fishing and also swimming. This forest is near to Bowery Creek and is managed for timber management and livestock grazing.
