Some of the most beautiful parks of Utah are situated near Richfield. Most well-known amongst these is The Fishlake National Forest, which is famous for its beautiful aspen trees. It also offers scenic byways, elk hunting, and mountain biking, camping and hiking.
A unique thing about the forest is the All-Terrain-Vehicle (ATV) trails that are spread over two-hundred miles of land and cover 3 mountain ranges. The forest also houses the Johnson Valley area which provides opportunity for lake fishing, boating, picnic areas and campgrounds.
Fremont Indian State Park aims to preserve the archaeological sites and rock art of Clear Creek. A museum is located inside the park which offers video programs which gives introduction to the local native tribes. It also displays pictographs and petroglyphs.
Cove Fort was built as a midway destination for relaxation and refreshments of the travelers. It is made of lava rocks. Cove View Golf Club is a sought-after destination for many golf-players as well as visitors.
