The Riverfront Park in South Jordan is spread over an area of 59 acres. It has several facilities like fishing ponds, tot lots, pavilions, equestrian trails and bike/jogging paths. On the Western side of Jordan River at 920 W 11200 S, there are two fishing ponds that occupy almost 22 acres of natural habitat. These ponds offer chances for angling of catfish and rainbow trout. Some varieties of waterfowl and birds can also be seen.
