Oronoco Bay Park occupies 4.5 acres of land and is located near Potomac River in Alexandria, Virginia. In the mid 17th century Indians were living in this area and later it was owned by the Standard Oil Company. In the year 1980, Alexandria city occupied this area and developed it into a park. Presently this park is noted place for picnicking, walking, biking and jogging. The park offers many events in the summer.
