In terms of popularity there are two pubs that are highly rated they being Sarah’s Irish Pub and Checkered Flag Tavern. There is a theater here, where the locals usually go for entertainment.
The name of the theater is Riverside Imax Theater. For all the coffee lovers there are places like Carmela’s Pasta Café and Coffee Beanery. There are a lot of specialty museums in Hampton, some of them being Fort Monroe’s Casemate Museum, Hampton History Museum, Hampton University museum and Virginia Air and Space center.
Kecoughtan and Manor are close to Hampton. Washington Gardens are not very far away from Hampton, they being the most popular and have a lot of tourists visiting them.
This place celebrates K-9 Karnival, and this year it was celebrated with great pomp and style at Virginia Beach.
