The best time to visit Virginia Beach is in the summer when one can enjoy the cool ocean breeze. However, this is the peak period and one will find most of the hotels fully booked and the beach areas crowded. Spring is also a nice time to visit this place as the crowd is slightly less and the prices comparatively low. In winter although it is less crowded, most of the hotels are closed and it is important to call up before visiting.
