Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve offers everyone with a vivid historical record wherein the Pacific Northwest history is still visible in the landscape. Some of the historical features appear to the visitors as they did a century ago, when New England sea captains were drawn to Penn Cove. This reserve was also set aside for preserving and protecting rural community by Congress in 1978.
