Edmonds is a beautiful city which is situated in Snohomish County in Washington. It has a view of the Puget Sound and also of the Cascade Range and the Olympic Mountains. As of 2000 census, the population of the city was 39,515. This city was known as the second most populous city in Snohomish County. Further, this is the oldest incorporated city in Snohomish County.
Edmond was established as a logging camp over 100 years ago. At present, it is home to some of the fishing piers, marina, a senior center and to numerous parks, beaches, restaurants and shops. This city is known as an active arts community. There are year around festivals and such events which are entertaining and which showcases the community’s sense of involvement and pride.
As far as climate is concerned, the month of January experiences low temperature of 33 degrees Fahrenheit and the month of July is high with 76 degrees Fahrenheit.
