Port Angeles is the seat of Clallam County in Washington, USA. Nestled between the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains, the city covers an area of 163.3 sq km and has a population of around 20,000.
Port Angeles was designated as a federal city by President Abraham Lincoln in 1862.
