The National Lentil Festival is an annual festival which is located in Pullman. Each year, the Pullman citizens gather to enjoy, celebrate and party at this festival. This is a food festival honoring the lentils. The 2008 festival was the biggest till date with an estimation of 28,000 lentil lovers. Palouse grows a third of the lentils in United States. It will be held in the month of August from 21st to 23rd.
